Other than maintaining a healthy lifestyle, there's nothing you can do.

Many kids continue growing into their 20's (like my dad, brother, and son), but its extremely unlikely you'll grow more than a couple of inches from what you are now.

There are positions other than center, and plenty of other sports that you haven't discovered yet that don't require height. Get over it.

Although boys can continue to grow until the age of 21, if you are 18 you will have almost finished growing. I doubt you will grow more than an inch or 2 now.

The only was you can increase your height is surgery, however it would mean having your legs broken and having them reset with a gap that will marginally lengthen your legs. But it would also weaken the bones making them more likely to brake - ans it will be very painful.

Your optimum height is the average height of your parents plus 2 inches (for girls it's the parents average height minus 2 inches) - this doesn't always work as my brother is 9 inches taller than our parents average height, where as I'm 2 inches smaller than my parental average height.

Guys can grow up to about age 21 so it is still possible for you do do some growing, but it is probably a slim chance. If I were you I would consider point guard.

Your height is decided by your genes. You're unable to increase it. You will probably grow a couple more inches though.

I'm sorry but you are probably at your maximum height now. You might grow another inch but that's about it. I am only 5'6" and my father is 6'5", and my two brothers are 6'4" & 6'5". My mother is only 5'4". I got my mothers genes. Believe me I know exactly how you feel. I wish I was taller.

No, your major growth spurts have passed.

Any attempt to increase your height could be dangerous.
