i am the 15 yr old.i think this guy is acting funny/weird because my mom told me that he peep at me when i am not looking at him and look at my behind when i walk away.By the way this guy is working with my mom.i am asking this because he has been asking for my number from my mom for about eight months??Whenever i am around he get shy???

Well obviously he likes you.
But you are still a minor and if he has sex with you (even touching) he will go to jail once someone tell the police; then in jail he might get killed or raped by HIV infected lowlife criminals; if he survive jail then he will have a hard time finding any job because in his record he will be called a rapist and child molester.
If you like the guy wait to be 18 or whatever the age of consent is in your state.

Your mother better not give out the phone number and HOPEFULLY she is smart enough to put a stop to this immediately.
This 21 year old man is inches away from being called a "child predator" and he could go to jail for a very, very long time.
Stay away from this man and whatever you do, do not be flattered by his stares.

I doubt that he is being shy as much as he is being cautious. He might not want to get into trouble by showing interest in a 15 year old girl.

Your mom should be a little bit more protective of you.
When I have a daughter, she will not be dating until she is 34... and even then, each boyfriend will be screened thoroughly by me.

you got a good mom!! be thankfull. and leave him alone! if you decide to just 'try him' it could lead to some serious problems for everyone.
if you truly want to 'try' a man for sex then find a 'young' man closer to your own age and experiment. it really is fun! and it'll create some good memories for you to tell your friends later.
