The lower right area of the abdomen indicates the possibility of appendicitis, a problem with an ovary, or possibly a urinary tract problem. Let a doctor evaluate this to be safe.

Could be a few things -
gas
ovulation
or a UTI
Do you have burning or a cloudy color to your urine?
How about a different odor?
If the pain does not improve or gets worse today (call your MD)
If you can stand the pain wait it out until tomorrow if it worsens and you can't get your MD on a Sunday head to your ER

it could be a sign of your appendix going bad.get to the doctor right away.the pain normally starts out on the right side, may switch to left side,or even all the way across your whole stomach.it's filled with a poison, and when it erupts,it can do allot of damage

How long has it been? It could be appendicitis if it is sudden n severe, or else it could be urinary infection (related with pee). How about menses and vag discharge if any? It will be best 2 visit a doc.
