open your file with adobe acrobat professional and then select file then save as... in save as windows select "save as type" scroll and then select JPEG

If you have both WOrd and Acrobat installes. You should be able to open your word file the go File/ Print. Acrobat PDF ( or somethign similar) shoud be in the dropdown list of printers. You can adjust theproperties ike you would any other printer, then Print. A PDF will be created and saved probably to your desktop or My Documents folders.

In Adobe Reader, click on the Help Tab and look for:

graphics select tool

ONLY if the PDF file's author allows it, will this feature work.

Failing that, try to use a screen capture program like MWSnap. Google for it.
