It may not be chicken pox! It might be Shingles, which is when the chicken pox virus re-activates and causes a rash with blisters. It can be VERY VERY dangerous to have shingles on your head because it's possible for the rash to reach your eyes. Since you say that your head feels numb, it makes me think you may have Shingles, because Shingles will cause numbness and tingling. Go to a doctor or clinic right away! Don't worry, almost everyone who goes to the doctor can infect someone else. If you have Shingles, you will not infect anyone anyway.

Oh dear. I feel for you. The chickenpox virus is very tough and will be in your body forever. It can later manifest itself as herpes zoster (shingles) during times of stress.
First, call to make an appointment. Tell the receptionist that you have a communicable disease ( chickenpox) and that you need an appointment at the very end of the day. They will be very accommodating. It will be more private and less stressful for you.
I wish you all the best.

We live in arizona and we have had a lot of rumors about having chicken pox. Some thought it was ring worm, others thought it was mange. I think they are just heat rashes. I did have one of my daughter treated for one on her butt and she couldn't sit down. AUgmenten was perscribed and it seemed to work. I always thought that once you get chicken pox, you can't get it again. But since these new chicken pox immunizations, who know for sure.

i dont know what you should do about it, but you should go to the doctor just incase it gets really bad. In the end its more important that you get it sorted than people being afraid for 5 minutes

get a skin specialist to look into it, it can be treated with medicated hair shampoo or creams. Contagious period is when the pustules start to dry and scabs peeling off. Delay it might eventually get you more scars and even losing hair//////
