is it okay to adore cops but still sympathize with the bad guys. When ever I see a bad guy, kind of like Jeff Patterson on Blair Witch Book of Shadows I feel bad for them but I still am glad that the cops seem to come out on top at the end. This applies to real life and movies.

Is is just okay but please do not side the bad guys because those are bad people who are the problems of the Cops in your country/

To each his own... The situation depends on whether I feel sorry for the bad guys. Most of them made the bed they are now sleeping in, if you know what I mean. While our society seems to be falling apart, I more often feel for the cops, who don't get paid enough to risk their lives protecting the rest of us..
