The most important thing to do is to EAT SENSIBLY half your battle is won here itself.. Besides this you should be doing floor exercises at home like ab crunches,squats,yoga...
If today u do 10 crunches increase it to 5 more tomorrow slowly increase your number...
Drink a lot of water and dont be shy to go out for a jog its the..
best exercise to lose weight so is cycling and swimming..
If you are shy go for a jog early in the morning..
Eat right,sleep early,wake up early,floor exercises,jogging,cycling and you are healthy n fit!

dancing is the best and most fun work out, so just get some dance tapes, or learn some moves from videos on tv and practice the, when u start sweating, then you know that you are actually working your body out, but make sure not to go overboard an hurt yourself or your health

Buy an exercise video to do at home. You can also go out for a walk rather than jog or run. Walking is good for you.

I would recommend getting the ABS DIET DVD. There are some good exercise programs on it and I've seen good results. All you need is a couple of dumbbells.
