If you want to identify the start and run windings, measure resistances between each of the 3 possible pairs of terminals. For illustration, call the terminals A, B and C. One resistance value should be approximately the sum of the other two. Suppose that's between A and B. Then C is the common. Typically the start winding has less resistance than the run winding, so it will be whichever of A and B has the smaller resistance to C, and the run winding will be the other.
