In both men and women, nipple erection can be caused by a number of things. Sexual arousal is one cause. In a way, since you somehow know she wasn't cold, then the likely hood is she was excited, now it's a little different than getting a woody. Take your nipples for example, they are the same has ours, minus the boob , lol , anyway when we get cold, they perk up, when we get excted they perk up, when they are stimulated, and sometimes they're just like that, just like sometimes they're not, but if she came in and did not have erect nipples, and after seeing you, she did, then I'd go with , she was excited, / liked what she saw...

No, so sorry, nipples are involuntary. Wait! Now that I think about it maybe it was involuntary and a "gut" reaction". In general, hard nipples are not related to sex outside of the bedroom. Granted, when hubby aims his attn. at the nipples they respond but otherwise it can be anything from cold to a sneeze. I hope this helps, as I don't want to lead you on. I was at a friends place and I was going down the hall to her room.
