The best answer I can give you is for you to get some psychiatric counseling for a mental health professional. What you should do is talk to someone about your depression, and I sincerly hope you do so. Good Luck

There is no quickest way. The searing pain of your heart and lungs shutting down will make your last moments painful no matter what. In truth, people don't go as 'peacefully' as they do in the movies.
But the truth is, you made this question because you want us to help you, not because you really want to know this. As a helper for SpeakOut.biz, we deal with young people who feel they can't go on very often. A lot of the time they feel alone inside, and unable to change the situation around them or adjust to new circumstances.
You need to speak to someone about this; maybe you would feel best if you spoke to some other young people who have gone through things like you have and who understand how you are feeling.
I attempted suicide once. I don't regret it because its part of who I am today, a learning experience -- but I look at my life today and wonder what I would have missed, and how hurt it would have left those around me, even if I didn't believe so at the time.
I've left a link here so that if you want to speak out anonymously to people like you who can help, you can click through. Its just a website like this one, so I reckon you should give it a go, whats the worst that can happen?

I can tell you that there is no quick or nice way to commit suicide. Not only that, but its brutally unfair to those left behind.
Time for you to make a call to a crisis line and speak to your doctor about how you are feeling. While you are at it, ask for a referal to a counsellor and actually go.
Suicide is never, ever the answer.

I expect that you are experiencing extreme depression at present, but you can soon be enjoying life again, just like you once did, remember? Maybe even more, so see suicidal thoughts at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 5, and contact someone. Later, see depression treatments/resources, on page 2. I've been throught it, too, and although you may not be able to see it now, but, I promise you, things get better.

I hope you aren't asking becuz you want to commit suicide. If you are, I hope you will call 911 or a hotline first. Whatever reason you have to want to no longer be alive, there is better reasons for you to remain living.
