How many calories are we supposed to take in a day?

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you exactly how many calories you need a day to maintain your weight.
everybody needs different amount of calories - it depends on your age, height, weight, sex and activity level.

it really depends on your level of activity. the more activity you do in a day, the more calories you should take in. i think for females, we're supposed to take in somewhere around 2,000 calories a day, and guys are supposed to take in more. but of course, if you want to lose weight, you'd want to eat about 600 less than that. hope this helps :)

it depends on your wieght and if u need to loose some wieght or not..
if u just need to keep ur same wieght u need to eat up to 1500 calorie
if u need to loose wieght then go on the 1000 calorie a day..
plus tont forget to watch the fat in the food u r eating, this is the bad part..
