YES. You are absolutely correct. I have studied R & S Section for quite some time and of late find that some times on an average one question comes in every minute. It is becoming difficult to browse back and find the questions, we want to answer. The section has become volumenous.
I have in the past written suggesting Yahoo!Answers to split this section based on various critierias and make them smaller divisions so that it will be easy for operation of users, but they have not done anything so far.
Like travel where they have contrywise and again in a country they have citywise sections. R & S also need classification some what similar to that..
The purpose of the forum is not to try for unity of the different religions. It is for learning more and to impart your knowledge. All users can go to any sub sections and have their activities...

Yes. Some division of things has become necessary in this R&S Forum. Yahoo! has yet to do anything about it, but soon it will probably have to. I don't think all your categories will work, though. Mormonism, Indian and American beliefs would not be a good thing to go together. I really hope they do get around to splitting things up into categories. Like the Travel Forum is split by country and other stuff.

Lol why hardship writing long ( crammed with grotesque CAPS ) paragraphs. nicely. it relatively is called faith and SPIRITUALITY, there are some non secular atheist. some are dazzling right here just to piss persons off. some are right here to certainly help. i'm dazzling right here for the two. guess who i'm now! Lol and the point why is only no longer interior the technological know-how one is pondering the shown fact that possibilities are you often have not got any form of education in technological know-how. once you do passable yet i in my view do no longer bypass to the technological know-how section provided that i know so little appropriate to the self-discipline handy that i might now no longer desire to deceive anybody. in this one i think like i know somewhat extra suitable than the hardship-loose christian. Lol sorry for no longer being humble on that final one.

Where's lack or religion? Oh nvm, I'll go to the Christianity section. That's where all the Atheists will hang out anyways, sounds good to me.

No, just leave it all under 'Wacko' ...
Besides we all know and love George Bush because he is the one and only true god...Ya'll know it would be nice to see him on the cross.... > (cross made by children in China, installed by Illegal immigrants and paid for by US citizens taxes)
Trouble is we all know that terrorists would keep resurrecting him as a method of punishing the western world.

I thoroughly agree! It gets more traffic (as far as I can tell) than almost all other sites, including health! So, if people want to STUDY and DEBATE religion, or its absence, rationally, then yes, it needs to be separated out.
Very few sites do this well (including everyone); the only one that comes to mind is Religioustolerance.org...check it out!

And then, how can we go for UNITY? I feel it is a step forward letting people asking question so freely from "sectarism". Peace and Happiness be upon every sentient being, everywhere and at any time.

Hmmm, I don't think there'd be too many in the African Beliefs section. Interesting topic. But I just don't see too many questions about it.

No. The mythology section doesn't need all of this fine-tuning, and neither does the R&S section.
In fact, I think R&S should be merged into Mythology. Then we could consider all the stories together, and get a good comparison/cross-fertilization going.
