whey protein powder - you can mix it with milk, juice or water. look for one where most calories come from protein, as little carbs as possible and more than 15g of protein.
if you want to gain weight - drink it with breakfast (do not replace breakfast with it) and after working out because protein repairs muscle

hey i use vp2 whey protien i think its the best i have tried alot of others this one is really healthy its aspartame free and the protien isnt too micronised so u get a good blend of absortion and growing power scoops are about 28grams have one when waking, after exercise and at nite u kno the best part it tastes really nice too
