Literally the phrase means "I don't have anything left," but in the Selena song (this is also the title) it would be better translated as...
"All I can do (is)" OR
"The only thing left for me to do (is)
With this translation, the first two lines make sense...
All I can do is lose myself in an abyss of sadness and tears
All I can do is suffer my defeat and toast your happiness

In this song I think it means " I have nothing to do but..." like the person cannot change the situation but to put up with it.
Pretty much like that.
The verb "quedar" has 3 basic meanings: to stay, to schedule and to have left.
I'm not sure if that can help you.
