忠實 (zhong1shi2) in Mandarin Chinese.
Lojalny in Polish for a guy, lojalna for a girl.
Loyal in German (if that's not exotic enough, you can use ergeben).

Well it has more then one meaning, if you mean faithful, as having faith in something in Romanian we say "credincios", if you mean faithful as in loyal then it's "loial".
