you have to eat more or you are gona slow down metabolism and gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal or as soon as your body adjusts.
body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

A slow and gradual weight loss of let's say 1 pound per week can be achieved by eating about 300 calories less per day. However, if you're losing weight at

this rate it'll take you as much as 10 weeks to lose 10 pounds. Lots of people have a reason to lose weight much faster than that. Reason could be for a

vacation, a reunion or a meeting where you need to look impressive to be confident and enjoy the occasion. Or, what about people who want to lose weight fast

to be healthier and feel more comfortable as soon as possible. Whether you've been overweight for years or your entire life and just beginning to diet to lose

weight, or dieting is something you do regularly, it's quite understandable why you want a diet plan that'll allow you to lose the desired weight in the

fastest and most effective way possible. And, it's even more important to ensure this plan is safe and healthy.

It's great if you're looking for a fast, safe and effective diet plan and come across this article because I have experience with a particular diet which I

share here so you can figure out if it's a diet like this you're looking for. Coming by a trusted and reliable way to lose weight fast requires very careful

selection because most fast-weight loss or quick-fix plans and products may either be ineffective or too risky.

You are getting into what I consider a real perilous path of trying to shave calories to as minimal as possible, while trying to maintain a brisk exercise program, in hopes to quickly cut weight.

You were on a great trail several questions back of using a smart exercise program with a sensible diet to lose some pounds. I am not sure what you are asking now is that healthy at all.

I was witness to an extreme case of weight loss at the fitness club I swim at where a now former member became so obsessed with dropping weight that she would do sit-ups and push-ups in the sauna and run in place in the steam room.

She had been on sensible program, but then somehow must have got thinking that she needed to cut more and more weight. The GM talked with her numerous times about this unhealthy obsession and the need to get help & finally refunded her membership......he was seriously afraid her taxed body was going to shut down through heart failure or another malady.

I describe that to put in perspective how weight loss can become so extreme that it can be as unhealthy as anything done to the body.......even when it is in a "healthy" setting of a club that had some of the best triathletes, runners and cyclists in northeast Ohio who could provide great direction to anyone willing to listen and learn.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

I lost it. I weight 136 and now I am at 126. I did this by cutting portions. I didn't eat breakfast and never have. The for lunch lest say I had a chicken sandwich, I would only eat half and maybe a few fries. Drink is either tea or water or diet drink. Then for dinner. I ate a sensible dinner and if I had a snack it was under 200 calories although I tried to not have one unless it was fruit. My hungriest time of the day was at night time. I started drinking water at night. I would have one glass by my bedside and drank at least half of it. It worked.

Eat 3 small meals every day though because it increases ur metabolism try to eat less junk food too if u can avoid it.

I really didn't understand much from your details, because I hate math and you were mentioning numbers hehehe.

Anyway, if you really want to lose weight, I suggest, lose and lose calories. I know it's not healthy to say, but you could tired yourself up.

Or hey, go to the gym! :D and take Nutrex Lipo-6...
