Do you know anything about zip files and zip software? If so I need your help!?

e.g.
I need a zip program that can take a folder of wav files totaling 756mb and break it down automatically into (8) 100mb (&/or less ) zip files

Seems like my question might not be fully understood...I'm familiar with all the zip program names your throwing at me...I need to know which one if any can automatically break down zip file size by limiting the zip size to 100 mb thus for breaking down a large set of files into multiple zip files toped off at a limit of 100mb...I hope that makes better sense

What are zip files:
Zip files are used to compress(reduce size) of the files stored
on your computer without losing any data.
Zip Software:
You need a software to compress and package the files and then later to extract the files from the package.

What you need: Get any of the freeware zip programs like http://www.7-zip.org/
The original ones like PKZip and Winzip are good too. Use the trial versions which will just show a "Buy Now" pop up every time.

Also,
if you need better compression, try a different compression techinque like RAR.

zip file are needed to compress large files into smaller ones without much loss in quality
or they are al;so needed to open zipped files sent to u
these files are generally transferred over network.
zip softwares are used for this purpose
eg winzip (best )
win rar
or u ve the windows folder compress wizard in ur comp

i'm a pro with computer stuff and i'm really sure to unpack the zip and the rar archives you have to have this program win rar first you have to download it then you have to press on the thing you have to unpack then press extract Download win rar
