my sister and i have cankles, but it's not the type of cankle where we are overly fat. i'm chubby and slightly shorter than she is. she's taller and bit slimmer. our parents have actual ankles where you can see the ankle bone and everything.

why is it that me and my sister have cankles?

Genetics? Think of it like hair color, eye color, and attached/unattached earlobes. It's all genetic.

Well, we inherit many chracteristics from our parents. It could be that we suffer from some desease that my parents didn't have but that means that there could have been someone from their families that had it before. Name almost what you want and most probably even though you wouldn't have done anything wrong you still have it because of inheritance. Some of these are, heart problems, mental conditions, obesity and you can go on mentioning. When you go to hospital and start to make the diagnosis of what you would be suffering they would ask you if your parents or someone else in the family had it. And that makes you an easy canditate to have also that condition.
So no wonder that you and your sister have cankles when both your parents have it. You can be sure of that. As we inherit cleverness, art, poetry writing, even the colour of our eyes, you can expect it. So, take all the exams and medications you need. There's nothing to do about it.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.greatpop.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
