I don't want to have huge shoulders, but a little more muscle would be nice. Any suggestions?
(No, I can't go to the gym. I am thirteen, so sadly, options are limited.)

Go to your local feed store and tell them you're wanting to increase your muscle tone and ask if you can help out loading feed in the feed barn. Guaranteed to get you buff in just a few short months.
At least, it worked for my Dad when he was a kid.
P.S. Stacy Keach was a man. With names, you can never know. Besides, why would it matter if you were a guy or a girl. I grew up on a farm and carried my share of feed sacks. It is a great way to get in shape and at the same time it is a useful occupation.

Simple, i too want to get more muscle, without knowing i got me shoulders big by just doing push-ups. It really works. Just do this for 1 month everyday and you will really see results.
7 sets of 15 push ups.
I do them about 1 hour before i go to sleep. For example on Wednesdays before Lost come on i do my 1'st set, and then every break i do my other sets. You will be doing 105 push ups everyday and that's 3150 push ups a month. Now if you cant do 15 then maybe start at 7 sets 8 push-ups, but remember to do them everyday.
I promise that will work.

Get a 10-15 pound dumbless and do something called a military press. Muscle takes a long time go add on, so this requires a bit more protein and calories. But just working one muscle group and that's it may end up making you fat. Well anyways. get 2 dumbbells (or one and switch off) and stand up straight. Grad the dumbless and hold it right above your shoulders and (well hold it to where your upper arms are making a line with your chest as the midpoint, and your forearms perpindicular to your upper arms) bring your arms up to make your two arms parallel up in the air. like this: (ignore the "..."

If you have barbells ,do a military press That's elbows straight out arms straight up and press upward. 3 sets of ten. Or no weights ,try to do push ups while doing a handstand against the wall.You have to be pretty strong and light to do that.

You can do pushups .....if you feel you can't do them on the ground, you can lean against kitchen counters..step back a bit, feet apart, hands on counter...apart...and lean into countertop..then push back ..(pushup like on counter)....also at 13 your body is starting to grown into a young man...within the next year to year and a 1/2 you'll notice quite a difference in your appearance and your shoulders will broaden on their own....part of growing up* but to get more muscular.....do the pushups or lay on bed...light weights in hand or 2 cans of pasta sauce (same weight) or peas..etc. and use as weights, bring up over your head and out to the sides then into your chest.*~

do lats, military press (that's just sitting upright on a bench or stool and lifting up from the back of the neck and down again.) Bench presses and dips.
Mixing all of these into your workout will develop your shoulders, (trapezius, deltoids and lats.)

palms and better physique r warm :) as long as ur abdomen is toned (no longer flabby yet no longer a six %.) So palms and better physique r a lil greater significant for my section :) Six packs r superb too......... Hahah :) wish I helped
