If you're truly in-love with someone, you'd wait for them for forever, right? People say moving on doesn't mean giving up, it only means we're strong enough to let go... do you agree?

>True love never dies<

Loves means to NEVER give up on someone. If you love that person enough you'd rather live your life alone, than with someone else. I'm so confused, can you fall out of love and if you do, does that mean you even loved in the first place?

I don't think you can really fall out of love, unless you change as a person. If a person changes, then their partner is still in love with the person they used to be, but not with the person they've become. Love doesn't die, but if you move on, that doesn't mean you've stopped loving the person. You're just looking for the next best thing.

No, it doesn't. It means that circumstances didn't work out and the idiots who get guns and kill the object of their love so no one else can have them are taking this kind of thinking too far.
Love can be one sided. You can be sure you love, and she may even think so some time, but you are only the 2nd and 3rd best choices (or 483rd and 3984th choices) and she or you meet the real number 1.
While True love may never die, that doesn't mean it gets fullfilled - it becomes a part of your past. If you believe there is only one choice for you and you will know it, then you need re-evaluate your beliefs.
Letting go can mean that what you thought you fell in love with was the surface and when you get to know the person, you find something just a bit dissatisfying (or even rotten) inside.

Letting go of somone does not mean youhave to live alone, it just means that the relationship and yourself has fallen out of love and letting is to be happy for yourself and that person. If it's meant to be thy will come back, but you do not have to wait forever and you don't have to give up, but you never know what new relationship is out there and how that person will make you feel. That maybe the one for you.
