YES, especially since the DMV's talk to each other and any tickets in WA will show on the NV DMV. I know rates in NV are outrageous, but don't even think about trying to side step the system in order to get a cheaper rate. It won't work.

The new company will check your driving record, and your out of state tickets will show up. If you leave them off, you have lied to the insurance and that gives them an out to not cover you when you need them to. Honesty is always the best policy.

Your choice.
If you answer honestly, the insurance company in Nevada will ding you for the tickets.
If you lie, they will pull your MVR and find out about the tickets anyway, and will ding you for the tickets and MAY cancel your policy for lying to them.

They usually wont check that far, my ex had tickets in WA state and needed new insurance so he switched and did not report it to the new agency. it has been over a year with the new agency and nothing has hapened to him yet like within the policy
