Usually, marijuana tests are done with urine tests, and in this case they are specifically testing for presence of marijuana.
As long as they are not looking for marijuana, I do not believe it would be found.
Blood work is expensive, and the hospital lab is not going to spend extra money to run extra tests. You are only being tested for allergies. Quit being so paranoid you stoner ;).

i always thought it's a drug screening and you have to give permission but in Canada..that's not the case..when they draw your blood the doc can check for pretty much anything. And yes they can see THC i think it's called in your blood and that tells them you have marijuanna in ur blood* (they can tell up to past 3months i think)
