Ok ive met this wonderful girl and I believe she is the one but when I asked her out she replied im not ready for a relationship right now I think we should be just real good friends,she also mentioned she was scared of getting into a relationship. Is she basically saying it wont happen? Or just wait? ARGG!! im confused!

You must play the easy part in this matter.In other words, just let her have some time and be a good friend.However, if you have the chance to talk to her about relationship or something,go ahead. Also,if you have the chance to touch her hand,or a casual kiss,go ahead.Built the terrain.Step by step.
