Baby oil or olive oil. They're non toxic and they work because white out is an oil based paint.

WD-40 or fingernail polish remover should work. Then wash your hands well and use a hand lotion to remove the smell! .

you need to walk up to a bear and ask it to lick your white out off and because we all know that bears have magical tongues it comes off almost instantly (im being serious btw)
