Me and my brother go to these concerts and like to take good pics. One of us needs to be on shoulders for this, but when I ask him to put me on his shoulders, he wants to get on MY shoulders. What should I do. Should I let him even though he is a boy. He refuses to put me on his shoulders unless I put him on mine first. what should I do, I need to do this one way or another, concert pics are my hobby. He's kinda girly, and likes to be on top. he says he dont think he can hold me, but somehow we want these pics. she is also 1 YEAR older than him

Then hold the tripod up over the crowd. The tripod idea is a lot better for your back and his, since they typically weigh no more than five pounds. Good night!

I suppose that it is fair that you hold him up for a bit, but depending on your ages, that could be a little issue of weight and strength. Holding your something equivalent to your own body weight up on your shoulders without some serious preparation can do a bit of damage.
If he says he can't hold you, then you might just consider finding a boyfriend who likes concert pics and enjoys holding you up.

Girls have far less muscle mass than boys and she could be risking a nasty back injury that she might feel the rest of her life. I would suggest you find someone stronger than your brother to lift you up.

if the pictures are your hobby, then shouldn't you be the one taking the pictures? it's weird that he wants to be the one on your shoulders. even if he was gay (not saying he was).
