Anorexia cannot cause Celiac, nor can Celiac cause anorexia. However, many Celiac's are super skinny and people THINK they have anorexia whent hey do not.
If you suspect your have anorexia or Celaic Disease you need to see your doctor right away. Anorexia is far more serious and deadly. CD can cause many, many problems also and if mixed wtih other dieases, or alcohol or drug use, can be fatal (rare but possible.)
For help with CD, feel free to email me or follow these links.
Good luck,

I doubt it. Celiac disease is caused by abnormal metabolic processes, it's usually something somebody is born with or at least they are born with a greater chance of having it. It has to do with the way the digestive cells work, how they absorb food.
Anorexia is literally "not eating." Anorexia Nervosa is a mental/eating disorder where people have a distorted body image and a fear of a gaining weight.
I think it's more likely that someone with Celiac Disease might develop anorexia or Anorexia Nervosa, not the other way around.

No, anorexia, cannot CAUSE celiac disease. Celiac disease is genetic. A celiac patient does not produce a certain enzyme needed to digest gluten.
A person with celiac disease who is not on the special diet can lose incredible amounts of weight, even if that person is eating regularly.

no i dont think so because most people are born with the disease. Bust trust me honey any dieases caused by anorexia it far worse than Celiac disease. Anorexia can cause death quickly and cause heart failure kindy failure and like i said a quick death. Celiac disease on the other hand can be manged and normally people dont die from it just have nutrient difiencies. I really think that anorexia is terrible and if you have it get help.

Yes consuming disorters are very dangerous. When you've got anorexia, you would no longer be paying attention, you might loose hair, no longer get enough nutrients, and, in case you are anorexic for a long enough time, you may look TOO skinny. Is it really just right to be in a position to peer all the bones in your body and weigh 60 pounds when your pushing forty? Bolemia has severe consequences additionally. Although it seems excellent, you are probaly considering," hey, i am still getting the nutrients, don't seem to be I?". Good, for those who throw up your food then finally you will put on away the internal of your throat and belly. Eventually you may as well rationale inside bleeding. Some other side affects to consuming disorters are heart mumers, diminished coronary heart rate and even loss of life. So, if you want to drop extra pounds, could I propose working out about an hour for about five days a week, or might be consuming more fit? However in case you do decide on a weight loss plan, do not start doing a kind of diets when you either do not consume or just devour only one factor. It's predominant to get sufficient of each meals group day-to-day.
