i did and my face got sunken in so underneath my eye, my eye bags would pop out.
it was so gross. u need some healthy fats.
olive oils, and the good kind of fats.
eating lowfats fine but completely getting rid of fats not only limits u from eating things that help u lose weight (like nuts, milk, wholegrains) so if ur eliminating fat to lose weight ur doing it wrong.

Yes, fats are an essential part of your diet. Fats provide essential fatty acids, which are not made by the body and must be obtained from food. The essential fatty acids are linoleic and linolenic acid. They are important for controlling inflammation, blood clotting, and brain development.
Fat serves as the storage substance for the body's extra calories. It fills the fat cells (adipose tissue) that help insulate the body. Fats are also an important energy source. When the body has used up the calories from carbohydrate, which occurs after the first 20 minutes of exercise, it begins to depend on the calories from fat.
Healthy skin and hair are maintained by fat. Fat helps the body absorb and move the vitamins A, D, E, and K through the bloodstream.

It isn't really possible to completely eliminate fat if you are eating a diet of whole plant foods. Vegetables, potatoes, oatmeal, rice etc.. all have small amounts of fat.. and it's all the fat your body really needs. Olive oil is fine if you're eating the whole olive but pouring it on your food is not good. Also most vegetables have the correct ratio of omega 3 fats to omega 6's once you start adding fats you will start getting too many omega 6's and its bad for your heart.

Yes, it is bad. The body does actually need some fat in order to function properly, so it's necessary to eat a little bit each day. The key is not to overdo it. Generally a good rule to follow is to get 30% of your calories from protein, 30% from fat, and 40% from carbohydrates (this category would include vegetables).

Absolutely bad. Your body depends on a certain amount of fat every day for good health. You can do some real damage by eliminating it.

Yes. Depends on your age. The younger you are, the more critical fat is to your body.
Just take a little bit out. But your body DOES need fat (saturated and trans fats aren't as good - go for non-saturated) especially your brain.

1. Next to impossible to do because almost everything has fat in it.
2. You may die because your body needs it and not just on the inside - your hair, your skin all need fat.

Yes, there something we need in fat. I wish I remember the name of what happen when we not get fat. You can do some reading about HDL's (High Density Lipoproteins) and LDL's (Low Density Lipoproteins).
