Well there is this guy i know, he always likes to say sexii and dirty things to me. He also stares at my body a lot. He always says I'm a great person with a great personality, but he always talks about some girl he says he knows. There is a pool party at his house soon. Does he like me? Wat do I do at the party?

First, you must go in the sexiest bikini that you have or beach dress. Also make sure that you look very very very irresistible.
Second, flirt like you have never flirt before. Be very charming and desirable.
From there you can see what happens.

The only one who has a shot at knowing what's in his head and heart for sure, is him. Would you feel comfortable asking him how he feels about you, and how come he always talks about some other girl he knows? It would be great if you could have this conversation before the pool party so you can feel more confident when you're there. I don't think anyone else can tell you what to do there; a lot of that will be affected by who else is there and what they're doing. You might think in advance whether you have any boundaries on what you feel comfortable doing, just to have those in mind and make it easier to take care of yourself. I hope that, whatever happens, the memories of the party will always be good, and you won't wish you had done something differently than you actually did.

Unlike women, guys flirt for a reason. If he is flirting with you, he likes you and wants to see your reaction. You need to step up and not give hints but actions that let him know how you feel.

make sure he dosnt just wanna get in your pants.. if hes always looking at your body, he obviously wants some. if you dont want that, i'd say that you stay away from him. find a better guy.

He may like you, but he also sounds like he may just be a flirt.
Be cool and subtly let him know that you like him, but don't be surprised if he flirts with someone else.
