it's harrassment and it needs to stop. and, i'm well aware of what's going on overseas. thanks for the update. however, that has nothing to do with this situation so please leave that out of this.

Aside from using his CoC? You could go through the normal civilian court process. It still applies. Or as a sister you could have an airman to airman talk with him.

She is a Citizen Soldier, no rights above or below a Citizen, any and every Social Law applies in the same respect, actually more so if AD.
Have her contact his CO,SgtAA,SPs or whatever the Commandant at Arms is called now.
She can call local Sheriffs Office and have a No Contact order called up easy, then contact the offenders CO and all that BS would stop. If she had any relations with him, it is a matter for and of Domestic Law.Then it steamrolls into Civil and Criminal Law if certain parties do not adhere to or obey the Orders of the Court or their Superiors.

Yeppers, have her contact CID or JAG.
She could also contact his CO---not sure of CoC with AF, forgive me for the lack of terminology.
She could also take it to local PD as well and check with them as well. She's a civilian, so she might want to start there and work her way up.

Good luck to her.

of course, it would be handled strictly in the civilian courts however. the military will not get involved unless, after receiving the no contact order, the servicemember continues the harrasment. then , she could contact his chain of command and give them a copy of the order, in which case they will intervene and order him to lay off.

You should go to JAG and see what they can do to help you. Also use the chain of command to help you......but is it more harrassing or I just don't want to talk to you anymore??? Make sure because you could ruin his military career!

Get a grip. All you have to do is contact his commanding officer and advise him of this situation. They can handle it. our soldiers are out there fighting a ridiculous war, risking their lives. Did you sister-in-law ever write and certified letter to this AF member? COMMUNICATION is in order.
