Jbara is a family name in Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine,, you can write it like this: جبارة
About Matuk,, It does NOT sound Arabic,, but I can write the pronunciation as: متوك
If you want to learn Arabic,, I can recommend this website where you download the lessons into ur mp3 player and learn Arabic: http://www.arabicpod.net
