I don't have any allergies or illness (my allergies to pollen are gone) but i still cannot breath in my house and school. I told Mom but she just told me to get some sleep, which i do, but it still won't help and my own mother cannot help me. The doctor's clinic is far, far away from my home so I cannot go there myself. What can I do?

Spend lots of time outside.

Don't wear shirts with constricting collars.

Make sure you're not in a tiny room.

Other than that only a doctor can help you.

Are you having alot of problem and pain or heaviness due to your lack of air ?
If so call 911 Now.
If you mean in general you have problem with breathing you still need to be evaluated by a Dr.
You could go to your school's nurse and let her or him check you out to make sure it is nothing real serious.....

Do you have a humidifier or other air control aid in your home?
How do you really know its not a new kind of allergies? That Can happen!

Too' are you stressing over something ,perhaps like finals at school or home situation's ?
It could be an anxiety disorder that alot of Americans have .....if so you need to tell you Dr how you are feeling ?
Also you need to stress to your mom that you are having so much difficulty breathing and to call 911 or take you to your local ER ........

take care & praying you will be better soon!

ok ifyou can't breathe like right now and your mother wont do anything about it (which gets me mad) call 911 yourself!...I fmy daughter was in any type of distress I'd be all over it in a second....you need to tell her this if for real...like that person Froggermama or something like that said...she is totally right...your house could have mold in it that can kill that no one can see yet but if your body is sensitive then you'd be the 1st to know...could be any toxins....I wonder why school and home?...ok did you fall or turn hard at all...just last week my neighbors 17 year old was at football or something and fell and then got up..he thought "no BIggy'..but as the day went on he couldnt breathe...he has asthma so his mother gave him his thing when he was at home...still nothing so she panicked and took him to the ER..weird thing...he had like a small tear between his lung and the surrounding muscle so he couldnt' get a full breathe...it was leaking out....and the MD told her that these things are more common than people know..I never heard of that...you can get it by just jerking yourself the wrong way...freak thing...so anyways...if you don't want to call 911 if your mother won't listen to you and its bad (let her know that is what you will do)...and you can't get to a MD BUT you can wait...then Monday at school see the school nurse....

maybe you have asthma. breathing is a luxury. I struggle every day to take nice deep breaths. To go up a flight of stairs without being winded. To do even the simplest things is a challenge with exercise induced asthma. I thought everybody was like this until my doctor told me I had asthma.
People dont understand how serious it is and how hard it is to exhale. I would do anything to get rid of this. It is ruining my life. I am in my forties and just started having problems. It cost me about 3000 dollars a year to treat. Dont take breathing for granite. For some its a living hell.

Let your mom read this,Sweetie!
I could not breathe either.I am a 52yr old woman.I was allergic to toxins in my home & also have copd due to lung infections & secondhand smoke.I used to smoke also.
Our environment is full of toxic chemicals these days & a person can develope allergies over time. Some of mine went away after i got grown, but i developed new ones.
This is serious!

Try inhaling.
You could try taking a deep breath and releasing it slowly a few times, maybe it help you to relax.

Well obviously you can breath or you would be dead, not typing. Ask the school nurse on Monday, or if there isn't one a trusted teach, about your dalema!
