unlike other functions or position in the church leaders are held to a higher stander ed , and so it is necessary for those persons who are called to be pastors, recognize that they are required by the bible to remain faithful and even when it is not there fault about the divorce,they must leave that part of the work alone.

It all depends upon what the circumstances were that surrounded the divorce. If a man's wife went out and cheated on him and left him for the other man then he should not be disqualified because of the divorce.
Matthew 19:9 And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery."
1 Corinthians 7:15 But if the unbelieving partner separates, let it be so. In such cases the brother or sister is not enslaved. God has called you to peace.
If on the other hand the divorce came about because the man cheated on his wife then he has disqualified himself for the office of a Pastor. If the divorce was for unbiblical grounds but the man was against getting divorced then he can't be held responsible for what his ex-wife got the court to do.

Will if deacons can only have one wife, I would assume the Pastor would also. But if he is divorced biblically, he can remain the Pastor. Charles Stanley did.

Nobody should be ordained as a church pastor. It just encourages them to spread their harmful superstition further.
