After awhile, you stop getting the bumps and itching. Make sure to use a shaving cream.. Also, if you do get the itching--use baby powder on it. Baby powder takes the sting right out. it's wonderful!

I know when I shaved my pubic area, I used a really good cream after. It helped with the irritation, but the bumps were from the hair growing back. So I tried veet for men, that helped with the bumps, but made the area irritated for a few days. So I waxed, bumps were gone till it grow back irritation was not so back, I used the same cream after the first two days having it done

If, you have an electric shaver that for men with the Sideburns trimmer or some of the Hair Cutting Trimmers. First cut it short, then wash it, or even soak in the bathtub. It seems to soften/moisten the hair. Then use a Sensitive Shave Cream or Regular and a NEW Razor.
This what I do when I shave my Beard to keep from getting a Razor Burn. Guess it work with the muffin.

If you have shaved before and know for certain you will get irritated, try shaving cream if you don't use it, and if you did use it, try like aveeno shaving cream for sensitive skin, it works wonders on me and leaves a nice smell afterwards. I find not using water makes it better for me. It is more of a dry shave but for some reason it works.

you are able to bypass to the shop and purchase a female anti-itch cream. merely confirm you positioned it on the exterior, and no-the place close to the interior your vagina. the only crappy factor is, i discovered I had to apply it always for it to no longer itch lots. once you shave some situations, the itching gets extra bearable and not as noticable, a minimum of that's what i've got discovered.
