seriously why do you care, you need to find the beauty in yourself and stop worrying about what every tom dick and harry on the street think about you. I know this sounds corny, but go stand in front of a full body mirror (some people prefer to do this au natural) and find something that you like about yourself. Do it everyday, just keep looking, if you don't see the beauty it won't matter what anyone else thinks.

You shouldn't care what other people think about your looks, you can't change what you are born with anyway. I have news your looks will not last anyway. Time and gravity will change them soon enough.
To thine ownself be true. Doesn't matter if you are ugly or pretty, what counts is what you do. Treat others as you would want them to treat you and be kind, good, giving and loving.

People are just ignorant like that. Start asking questions like " Hi! You like what you see" with a smile or " Hi can i help you, "Did you loose something over here" or " Where is the spot on my face that you are looking at so hard" LOL

Not to offend but I think you might be a bit paranoid. Sure people are staring at you, but that doens't mean you are ugly. It most likely means that you are gorgeous, which I bet you are. So don't worry about what other people think, or rather that they stare at you, because it's what you think that you should worry about.
