Ok, thanks. I don't mind dryness since my face will get oily quick anyways.

Safe, yes. Drying, yes. Cause flakiness and itching, yes.
Use a face wash and toner and sunscreen and moisturizer for your type skin - oily. Wash and tone and use sunscreen in AM; wash, tone and moisturize in PM.
Exfoliate 2 x a week.
Use acne cream when needed.
Use the pads for touchups after PE, etc.
Take a good quality multivitamin with minerals every day [ a little of one element can make a big difference ].
Drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
Eat well - lean protein, low fat milk, whole grains, and lots of fruits and veggies.
Avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet.
Follow all this for one month, and you will see a big difference in oil and breakouts!

Safe, yes. But expect extreme dryness. Your skin may be oily already but it's bad to dry out your skin that much because your skin will have to make extra oil to take care of itself. That's why you need to use a moisturizer and don't use both products on the same day.

Unless it says otherwaise on the packaging, yes. Just make sure you clean the face scrub off thoroughly first.

will probably dry your face pretty bad. it's not "unsafe" though. dermatologists will perscribe multiple strong things that are 20 times as powerful as both oxy and stridex.
