almost any kind of fast food, chips, dips, etc. are the worst for fat & cholesterol. The best are fresh fruits and veggies.

red meats and seafood contain a lot of cholesterol. so are cheese, ice cream, eggs and butter.
avoid eating these foods and you should be all set. If you want to lower cholesterol, OATMEAL is AWESOME!

fried foods, fast food, bacon, butter, margarine, egg yolks (its not recommended to consume more than 5 a week), cookies, cakes, pancakes etc
good for you- clean, fresh, unprocessed foods - lean meat, whole grain, fruit, veggies, legumes, milk, old fashioned oatmeal, egg whites etc.

beef steaks? hamburger, hot dogs, sausage, luncheon meats, butter, cheese.
good?; spinach, green beans, apple, carrot, V8 juice. tuna in water, occasional boiled egg.
