you could have enzyma or it could be an allergic reation, or acne believe it or not..but really if anything let time pass and it should go away but if it doesnt i really dont suggest you use any house hold things because it could get worst so i think you should wait it out and if it gets worst go get it checked out and diagnosed on what it is and they will probably give you a perscription if they dont then it will either go away and its not that serious or take the information they give you and find an medication that will help you.

There are a bunch of reasons for why this is happening. The most common reason is the shampoo that you are using may be too harsh on skin... and when your rinsing it off your hair it does go on your skin. Regardless of the cause you can use vinegar to get rid of the zits. Simply put some on a cotton ball and apply to your skin. IF it stings too much you could put half water and half vinegar. Good Luck

The two above me have good suggestions. You're shampoo and you're sheets could be causing you're problem. It could also be from weather, sweating and laundry detergent (on you're clothes and bath towels). Neutrogena acne body wash works quite well.

Symone Enzyma is not even a word you mean Eczema and it is not an allergic reaction It's a skin disorder.

There are tons of body washes that you can use for body acne. I think Dove has one and there are some other brands too.
