Anyplace but kinkos. I usually use office max. They are pretty cheap, as long as you are talking black and white. Colored paper with black ink is a little higher. Color Print is OUTRAGEOUS anywhere you go!!

The absolute cheapest price I have found is at iPrint4Less.com
I would certainly stay around from "copier places" like Kinko's, Office Max & the like, unless you're needing a super fast turn around (as in a couple of hours or even 24 hours) & don't care so much about the quality. You also have to watch their advertised prices that are often just lures to bring you in. Be prepared to pay TWICE as much for 2-sided or a better quality paper than just your standard copier paper.
At iPrint4Less, 250 flyers that are 5.5 x 8.5, full color, 2-sided on their premium 100# gloss coated paper (3-4 times thicker than copier paper) is around $60 dollars. Their is an Aqueous coating finish on it as well, which enhances the color & adds a protective coating to the piece as well. Since they're a WHOLESALE printer, a 1,000 is only $10 bucks more, at $70 bucks! For 8.5 x 11 flyers of the same quality, 2-sided, 250 is around $100 dollars and 1,000 about $140. When working with a WHOLESALE printer, it's always best to check out the 1,000 price, as that's usually the best deal I've found. Also, you've got to watch o
For HIGHER VOLUME, they offer 10,000 5.5 x 8.5 full color, 2-sided, flyers on their 70-80# premium paper stock, for just $197! For 8.5 x 11 flyers of the same quality is only $349!
NOTE: One thing to keep in mind is that a "flyer" is technically something that is not as thick as a postcard, which is printed on a card stock, as opposed to a paper stock. Unfortunately, many of the online printers have confused matters, by sometimes referring to "postcards" as "flyers," which they are not. So, when ordering, make sure that you pay close attention to the MATERIAL that your item is being printed on. I learned the hard way! If it says "100# TEXT or BOOK" or less (like 80# or 70# weight), it's paper stock and therefore a FLYER, if it says it is "100# COVER" or "12 pt." "14 pt." "16 pt" and the like, then it is a POSTCARD material.
So, I would highly recommend iPrint4Less, if you're looking for the best bang for your buck, without sacrificing quality. They consistently have the cheapest flyers, business cards, brochures, etc. that I know --and I've looked around quite a bit!
