how to make weighted vests (for excercise) and those things you put in your ankle to make weight ( to run faster think they are called weight ankle)?

You can buy either one of those (weighted vest and ankle weights), but you have to be careful as using them can damage your joints.

I warn you to be careful about using weighted vests, weight ankles, etc.

As someone stated above they can do a lot damage to your joints, but the can also damage tendons and ligaments.

If you want to use weights to enhance you training do so with moderation and always use less weight then you think you can handle. And finally I would strongly suggest buying a manufacture vest and not make one yourself.

My first "weight vest" was an old army field jacket with 2 and 5 lb weights stuffed into the pockets.
