If you "cheat" (in moderation) on Sundays it will, presumably, slow your progress down just a tiny bit so it will take you slightly longer to achieve your weight reduction objectives and ambitions.

I think the philosophical way to look at it is that a little mischief on Sundays won't do you any harm and can be regarded as a reward for having been so good for the preceeding 6 days. Whatever you do please don't reward yourself for good behaviour more than once a week. Once you start doing that you will undo all your previous good work before you know it and you may end up suffering severe guilt feelings, lose some self respect and feel really ashamed of yourself.

Yes! Though, you did not say how much time was req'd for you to lose that 10 pds, I will say that if you indulge in, say, a serving of vanilla ice cream (260 cals), you may do so with a 30 minute run the next day. Just make sure that you allow a good couple of hours to eat the ice cream before your bedtime. If you're 110 pds and you do a 30 min run, you'll burn @ 400 to 500 cals. Running and cycling are the two best workouts/cardio exercises for a great burn--doing such exercises as though you are being chased for a good sweat! Swimming comes in second as it only burns half the amount. Stationery cycling doesn't target it nearly as much as it is way too easy to be distracted by magazines and the TV. You need to concentrate.
Anyway, I hope this helps and good luck to you.

u can use detox diets to loose weight .The detox diet focuses on getting rid of the harmful aspects of our everyday diet.detox diets will help u to a great extent to reduce weight and be slim.Instead of eating 2 - 3
meals per day, try eating 4 - 5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snack meals.
Food substitutions can help tremendously when trying to reduce calories and speed up the metabolism.

yes, it makes it easier on the other days to stick to your diet. you may want something, but skip it because you know you can have it at the end of the week. if you didn't have that one day to cheat, you'd be more likely just to sneak things when you really wanted 'em and you'd end up eating MORE of those bad things. at least this way, you only eat bad things ONE day a week.

Sure, as long as cheating doesn't involve outright gluttony. ;-)

Eating should be pleasurable. Look at the people of France who drink Wine, eat carbs, cheese and goose lived and live with one of the lowest rates of heart disease and Type II diabetes in the world.

What they don't eat are foods packed full of chemicals and refined to the point of nutrional uselessness.

Yes, of course, just don't over do it. One meal/week you can eat all the stuff you want. Psychologically it is recommended. You only create "damage" by constanty eating crap. Besides life is to be enjoyed. Why constantly deprive yourself from something you like.
