just wondering because pushups is a good exersice and peanut buter has mad protein so i figure it would make a god excersice am i right?

Yes you are correct that peanut butter have a lot of protein but it also have a lot of fat. The crackers will be additional carbs. If you eat peanut butter and do 50 push ups constantly everyday you will get stronger without a doubt but you may want to do a lot more than that. Below is a really really good forum that will help you with what you want. Push up is cardio work out. You will get cut up or define within your arms. As for the rest of your body... it may become jello from the fat. There are protein peanut butter available . I suggest if you want protein . Take some whey protein. You can also look that up.
Whey can have 20g of protein per scoop. I mix it with milk. I gain 20 lbs in 3 months.


Heres my routine that helps
day 1 biceps, triceps, cardio, sit ups
day 3 - shoulders, legs,cardio, sit ups
day 5 chest, back , cardio, sit ups
repeat

my second link is my routine . Good luck and work out properly. Take it slow, dont over light weights, and do it properly for maxium effect.

Maybe Eat Peanut Butter And Lift Weight Dat Will Give You Some Good Results But Peanut Butter Has A Lot of Fat And Oil So Just Watch Out

peanut butter also has a lot of fats, although they are healthy fats - body will spend most of its energy for digesting it not on your workouts.
you can have complex carbs before working out - they are easily digestable
protein is good after working out because it repairs muscle

I have heard that Athletes dont eat heavy before a workout but after so that the body will store and distribute the food better.

No, just eat healthy. It is a good idea to eat protein within thirty minutes of working out though.
