I use to be a Small World cast member back in January, and it's been 6 months already and basically I quit without telling scheduling, I just stopped showing up to my shifts --- does anyone know, out of experience, how much this will dramatically affect my chances of being a re-hire?

VERY slim. You already have a bad record with the company. My friend did the same thing, and there was no way in hell that they would allow her back (she asked and it was confirmed).

This isn't a tax question so you might be better off answering it in an employment forum. Generally speaking though, if an employee walks off without giving notice -- abandons the position -- the chances of a re-hire are usually pretty slim. Employers would routinely mark their personnel record DNR or Do Not Rehire.
