A friend of mine is listening to Christmas music right now. It's a few months after christmas. He says it brings him comfort.

In a sence it brings me comfort too. Why? It's the middle of the summer.

If that's what you want to listen to and you like it, there's nothing wrong with it. Also, who knows why it brings you comfort. Maybe it reminds you of happy moments.

I like to listen to Christian music all year round. But I believe what you meant to say was, Christmas Christian Music. It is soothing.

Helps me stay cool in the summer heat. What could be wrong with that?

I don't see anything wrong with it, seems kind of goofy though. Tell your friend more power to him. Maybe he can dress up like Santa, go to the mall and hold screaming children. Fun for all. ; )

Probably makes you feel cool! After all "Winter!"

My college professor gave me this limerick:

As a rule - man's a fool.
When it's hot - he wants it cool.
When it's cool - he wants it hot.
Always wanting what is not.
