ANY liquid is good. The more liquids you intake the faster the germs flush out. The very best thing I've ever taken for a cold is Airborne. You can buy it at any drugstore or Walmart, etc. You will feel better about 30 minutes after taking. Follow package directions. It cuts a cold time down by half or better! Also get plenty of rest, and I hope you are all well quickly. Best of luck!

It could be an alergic reaction to milk. DO NOT DRINK ANY MILK. I also reccomend going to a health store and picking up Lactoferrin. Lactoferrin has been shown to be an anti-viral, anti-microbial, and anti-fungal in some cases. Take a 200mg tablet in the morning , one at night. Green tea iced would be nice...make sure it is unsweetened.
Please heed my advice and do not drink milk...avoid anything dairy, and tell me how you feel in a week.
