hello im 15 and weigh 188lb i have tons tons tons and tons of belly fat arpund my stomach and i need to eat better. PLEASE do not say exercise cause i already am..so my question is what type of food can lose a lot of belly or help to lose it? i heard chili peppers work but wat other kind of food helps too please help thanks =]

Grapefruit and lots of it, also chicken (baked), lots of protein.........cut out all processed foods (bread, etc.) which causes a spike in insulin levels.

there is no specific food to help spot reduce body fat.
overall weight (fat) loss is the only way to get rid of your belly
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
do not do situps because they only build muscle, they dont burn any fat and will make your belly look bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.

carbs in the morning like cereal and milk is good to give you energy through the day. Make sure you eat lots of veggies they give you lots of nutrients with very little calories (no dressing for a dip though). There is lots of news about dairy products helping to reduce belly fat, so maybe try some non-fat yogurt and some skim milk. Also, protein is great, its good for building muscle so that will help you since you are already working out and you'll need more protein anyway to build your new lean muscle ;)

What do you eat????? Remember the body needs healthy fat. Like olive oil, almonds, low fat cheese and milk.. Also eating a lot of fruit and veggies really does help. This sound gross but if you don't have a BM every day your food stays in your stomach. So eating food with a lot of fiber will reduce your belly. I had a kid and had a belly and guess what I did this and I look good.

exercise is a great way to lose weight, and cardio specifically. its pleasing that people are taking the initiative to care for themselves and their bodies. for your chest, i recommend push ups. you can start in the comfort of your home, if you cant go all the way down, go as far as you can. the good thing about them is that they can be done by people of all levels. you can do them on your knees, the balls of your feet, etc. another way to lose weight would be to eat less sugar, fats, and have more fiber. water is also very important. you don't want to get dehydrated and the more water you consume, the easier it is to lose weight. also, try and stay away from processed foods as much as possible. the chemicals are damaging to the body. good luck!!!
