water the grass more often that way you can slow the levels of urine being swamped in the ground.

I had this problem, and I made sure there was plenty of water available to my dog (in shade when he's out). When he started drinking more, my problem somewhat resolved. That is only a partial solution. Some dog's urine is just stronger than others. As earlier mentioned, watering the yard more frequently helps as well. Good luck

Fence off a little potty area for him in a corner or behind a bush, and only let him go in that one spot.
