Yes, there are a lot of believers on here who, though I might not agree with their answers (and sometimes don't like the question) that I have respect for.

Max L. I as an atheist have respect for anyone that is not feeding me bs or sprouting negatives, or messages of hate toward anyone. I have more respect for some one that post a serious question and I give them my take on the subject and we leave it at that.

Oh, quite a few, but I both like and respect them, I just don't share their religious faith. Some that leap immediately to mind are Angeltress, Debra M, Pangel, Father K, and EyeLovesJesus. I'm actually in awe of Debra M and Pangel.

Liking and respecting tend to go hand in hand for me. I can't think of any exceptions. That said, there are a number of believers on r&s that I like and respect.

I am a believer in many Gods. I do believe many Atheists respect me. It is the Protestant Christian monotheists who disrespect both the Atheists and I. . . as well as the Christian Mother Church of the Roman Catholics.

I have respect for them based on the fact that they are people. But no respect for their unsubstantiated beliefs.

just because people don't believe in the same manner i do, doesn't mean i don't respect their intelligent answers

I'm not atheist, agnostic here, but yes I do - Debra & pangel come to mind.
