Suicide happens because some people just can't take it anymore, or otherwise haven't thought of their decisions thoroughly.

If God existed though, apparently he got a little carried away.

God isn't testing those people. Remember God never tests
"His people" above what they are able to endure.

The devil is the one who tempts people to suicide. I have been there and done that, and I am very glad I didn't succeed.

I served the devil for 31 years and life was miserable. I have served the Lord for the past 33+ years and life is great! God always has my best interests at heart.

When people are faced with difficult times they should turn to God. But instead some turn to death.

God doesn't give them this...he is not testing them. We all face suffering...some worse then others. How we handle it is what makes the difference.

I've seen parents of murdered children crying and looking to God for solace and healing. Then there are people who are just depressed because they don't have all the stuff they want or someone broke up with them and they take their own life.

My point is that it isn't always that the suffering is so bad...but how a person handles it that makes the difference. God wants all of us to turn to him for everything...those that do find peace.

You are referring to 1 Corinthians 10:13 and it also says that with the temptation He will provide a way of escape. That being said, people don't always take the route of escape that He provides. Also, the Apostle Paul is telling this to true believers in the congregation of Corinth. He is not saying that God promises thus to everyone on the planet, but he does promise it to believers. Elsewhere, in Scripture, we are told to draw close to Him and He will draw close to us. If we don't do our part, why should He do His?

Suicide is a choice. As another poster said, as the scriptures say, God will allow you a way out. He is NOT cruel. Everything He does is out of grace and love. He will NOT give you more than you can handle.

Even if you are saying life is one big test by God I do not see the problem. When God tests his people he always provides a way out. If you do not choose this route and seek another it does not mean God went above your limit. It means you failed to rise up to your potential.

I believe that suicide happens because they don't know God or they may not be in a close relationship with Him. Oftentimes people don't understand themselves and how much Jesus loves them.

I have wondered this many times and have come to the conclusion that God may not test a person beyond limits, but satan will.

That which leads up to suicide is not a "test". That happens when you listen to the lies of the enemy who only seeks to destroy life.
