If it is a CD-RW, then pop it in, double-click My Computer, double-click the CD drive, and dump on/take off stuff.

If it is a CD+/-R, then you can't.

After you put in the CD-RW into your computer, double-click My Computer, then right-click the audio cd and click "Erase this cd...".

I have a regular HP computer; Windows XP pro. Don't know how to do it if you have a Mac. Google or Yahoo! it if this answer doesn't help. Your welcome anyway in that case :)

If it is a re-writeable disk you simply re-record it. If only writeable you can not.
