Is it correct to pray to God in the name of Jesus, or is it correct to pray to Jesus in Jesus name? What does the bible say? I hear some preachers , pray to Jesus and at the end of the prayer say in your name , amen!

Pray to God Almighty - in the Name of Jesus - through the Holy Spirit.
You can begin and end with this if you want.
God is the Heart Knower - pray from the heart.
He may already know - though your acknowledgment and thanks are well received when it is stated.

The Bible says that whatsoever you ask in Jesus Name it shall be done. So I would believe it means what is says. The verse I spoke about is misinterpreted by many people though
because they believe it is blanket coverage on whatever they pray for. But if you take all the scripture together on this subject and in context - it is "praying according to the will of God" that gets results. If our hearts are totally sold out to God we will pray for the things that are pleasing to Him because the Holy Spirit will direct our praying.
I pray to the Father in the name of Jesus. Not as a form, but because I believe that is the way it is taught in scripture.

I just read a book on this, it's called EXPLORING PRAYER WITH JACK HYLES. I got a copy on EBAY really cheap. You won't find it in regular book stores though. But there are different forms of prayer. One way is to ask in the name of Jesus. Another way is by fasting and prayer. Mark 9:29 Another way is by praying persistently. Praying without ceasing. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 and ACTS 5:42. Some people misinterpret the Bible and believe that they must do all of these things at the same time to get their prayers answered but that is not true. It's not asking in Jesus name AND fasting and prayer AND persistent. It's asking in Jesus name OR prayer and fasting OR praying unceasingly. There is way too much in this book for me to give you here (I suppose that's why the guy wrote it.) But it's a really GREAT book and was a real blessing to me.

It is both correct. God is Jesus and Jesus is God. THe Bible tells us that if we pray in Jesus' name, then whatever our heart may desire will be given. Of course the desires must be pure ones.

To the Father through the Son in the Holy Spirit.
God always hears your prayers, He even knows your inmost thoughts, so don't fret about the correct way. The Holy Spirit is already praying in you.

praying in Jesus’ name means praying with his authority and asking God the father to act upon our prayers because we come in the name of his son, Jesus. praying in Jesus' name means the same thing as praying according to the will of God
"This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us-whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of him" - 1 John 5:14-15
praying in Jesus’ name is praying for things that will honor and glorify Jesus.

Truthfully I feel it is up to you. As a Christian we are told to pray in Jesus name. That is fairly covered in the ways you mentioned. I as a Catholic pray in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It is whatever way you feel called and comfortable with.

John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
1Timothy 2:8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
